Private Equity Technologies, Inc. dba Deal Midas (“Deal Midas”, “we” or “our”) understands that

you are concerned about privacy, so we’ve provided this privacy notice (the “Privacy Notice”) to

disclose how we collect, use, share, and store your information. This Privacy Notice applies to

the Deal Midas website (currently located at https://dealmidas.com) and the related

downloadable or web applications and services offered by Deal Midas (“Services”) and email,

text, or other electronic messages between you and Deal Midas. It does not apply to information

collected by us offline or through any other means; or any third party including through any

application or content (including advertising) that may link to or be accessible from or on our

website or Services.

Information We Collect

When you visit the Deal Midas website, we collect any contact information that you voluntarily

provide to us on our Contact Us page, including your name and email address. If you express

interest in our Services, purchase our Services, or become an authorized user of our Services,

we will collect your contact information including your name, company name, address, email

address, and phone number. When you purchase our Services, we will collect additional billing

information including billing name and address, credit card number, and the number of

employees within the organization that will be using the Services. If you apply for a job with Deal

Midas, we may require you to provide additional information including a resume. We also collect

the personally identifiable information that you choose to enter into the Services in connection

with your use of the Services functionality (“Customer Data”). Through our Link Midas feature,

we collect for your use links to company websites or professional and personal profiles that

match the contact information of the Customer Data that you voluntarily enter into the Services.

We also collect any other personally identifiable information that you voluntarily provide to us

when you communicate with Deal Midas including personal correspondence such as emails or

any other activity through which you identify yourself. To the extent we are able to do so, we

may link your non-personally identifiable information with your personally identifiable

information. We may also link information collected online with information we collect offline or

information collected online by third parties.

While you browse our website, we may collect information, that by itself typically cannot be used

to identify or contact you, through the use of cookies or other now known or later developed

technologies to assist Deal Midas in observing the behavior of users visiting our website or

(see Sharing Your Information below). Deal Midas will access Customer Data only for the

purpose of providing the Services or preventing or addressing service or technical problems or

as may be required by law.

You can opt-out of receiving marketing and promotional emails from Deal Midas at any time by

selecting the opt-out link included in the email or by responding by email that you no longer wish

to be contacted for advertising or promotional purposes (as applicable). Although we strive to

update our email list as frequently as possible, you might receive another contact before we are

able to remove you. If you have previously opted out of receiving emails from us and wish to

reverse this decision, please contact us, we’ll be happy to get your name back on the list to

receive electronic communications from us. Please note that even if you opt-out of receiving

promotional emails, you will continue to receive communications as it pertains to your

account/subscription. Deal Midas may use any of your contact information held on file (including

Deal Midas is not intended for children under the age of 18. In particular, Deal Midas does not

knowingly solicit or collect personal information on our website from children under the age of

13 without prior verifiable parental consent. If Deal Midas learns that, despite these measures, a

child under the age of 13 has submitted personally identifiable information to Deal Midas

through our website, we will take reasonable measures to delete such information from our

records and to not use such information for any purpose (except where necessary to protect the

limited to any third-party websites that process payments on behalf of Deal Midas. Please be

parties that are accessible through our website or our Services (including social media

websites) may have their own privacy and data collection policies and practices. Deal Midas is
